Win32/Zbot.gen!Y

Hello,

Windows Essential has detcted Win32/Zbot.gen!Y on my Windows 7 PC.
After its removal with Essential no Anti-Virus Program detected it anymore
(Windows Essential,Avira,AVG,Spyboot).
But in the Web there are several warnings that it is not guaranteed that this trojan is really removed from my PC .
Can I get rid of this trojan if I use Windows Recovery Repair CD ?
Or what else can I do ?

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
