Windows Explorer App Crash when right mouse click on drive letter

just detected: I have classic Windows Exploser in Win7/64, being administrator, and when I right mouse click in leftfFolder row on a drive (to get the "security" settings i.e.) I get an application crash and need to close the windows explorter window.
When I do same in right folder, all works regular.

Looks like a bug for me.

Yes,it's a known bug.

sounds like a bad joke. A known bug for more than 1 year which is essential for all Win users and no bugfix?

As I understand, since v2 the good standing of Spybot dropped a lot. It's not only this point.

I know the problem was being looked at a couple months ago,but I don''t have the crashing problem,so I couldn't help by sending in any info about it.Maybe it's difficult to track down,though that's only me guessing,of course.
