Windows No Disk Error Message

problem
sir i m facing a very bad problem while installing window xp.when i m starting setup in the boot mode then windows files are loaded nextly when it flashes setup is starting windows then it flashes in the bottom side that there is no disk in the drive so plz. Sir help me i m waiting for ur response

same basic problem
except my drive c: is not a removable media...it is another harddrive.
