Windows no disk error

After updating with the latest definitions today, i am getting a windows error while scanning for problems.

The error box is headed Windows - No Disk and the error message is " Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

Hitting "continue" in the message box repeatedly starts the scan again until the error message is repeated. This behaviour repeats throughout the scan.

Spybot version is 1.6.2.46 on a Windows XP Pro machine.

Solved

Problem solved. MSConfig showed a program trying to load from Drive I: - deletion of the program solved the problem.
