Windows XP account reset after 1.60 update

Yesterday I installed the 1.60 update to my Windows XP machine and one of the 5 user accounts on that machine was reset. Other users are fine but one had all settings reset to factory defaults and all saved files are unavailable, even though they are available to other accounts. Is this recoverable?
 
usaully...

when this rare occasion does occur, most users have found a simple reboot should set everything straight again. :) I hope that is the case here!
