Won't allow selection of detection downloads

PLease assist. I have run an update (SD1.6), when asked to select which updates to download by an individual click or by a right click 'select all' neither works. What do I do now?:red:

You could try your luck with the manual detection updates,if updates are needed.Latest update date listed below.
