xlibgfl254.dll errors on Dell Inspiron 6000 running Win XP

I am new to the forums so I am not quite sure what you may need. The first question is am I in the correct forum to post such issue?

If so, here is an example of the error I get constantly:

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\xlibgfl254.dll is not a valid windows iamge. Please check this against your installation diskette.

I have HJT log, Spybot, and a KASPERSKY log.

Tell me what I need and I will post.
