Yikeeess, I need Help!Regarding download

Hi,
I want to download Spybot S&D. What does it mean when it asks to choose from the available Mirrors? Does it matter which one I choose?
Also, I have Etrust Pest Patrol...which can I use Spybot with it?

I believe you should be able to use Spybot with Pest Patrol.There's a warning about some false positives to ignore on the compatibility page,but it's rather old,so it may have been fixed(I'm not too familiar with Pest Patrol.)Here's the compatibility list:
