hello all ,i am new member of this great forum, I speak english with difficulty .
My pc is infected with (zlob.downloader.rid) and other(virus....etc),i scan with SPYBOT s&d ,and (zlob.downloader.rid) are still there after scan and delete.
why??? can you help .??

my nativ language is (Albanian),but i can understand english language more than i can speak.I will try with my translator to translate any words that i can understand.

If you look at this topic it shows how to produce a HijackThis log in the second post.

"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic providing the HJT log and I will close this one as helpers look for threads without a response.
