Zlob.Downloader.vcd can't get rid of it

I keep runnnig spybot and fixing it but it keeps coming back. Also a webpage keep popping up about every 20 minutes which is mediasmegaportal.com. I added this to my host file so nothing would actually get downloaded but I sure do want to get rid of it so things quit popping up.

Here is a line about it from my log file.
