Zlob

Hello!

I have a Zlob infection that is proving resistant to removal. Spybot is finding and removing it but is is reappearing on reboot. I am on latest version of Spybot, I have Hijack this and Ad-Aware and main virus protection is Norton. Any suggestions please?
