Aloha, I presently have S&D2.9 Free, on Windows 10, when running "scan for usage tracks" , S&D freezes at scanning zoom player. I searched the computer and nothing shows up as 'zoom player'. Has anyone run into this problem? What is zoom player? Can I somehow delete this from my system if it does exist? Thank You for your assistance.

What's listed to be scanning is what it is looking for, not what it found... next to this should be an 8 digit (numbers, letters a-f) code. Can you provide this code please?
