Spybot S&D won't run anymore

I am trying to run a Spybot S&D scan of my machine yet when I try and launch it nothing happens... nothing appears on the screen...
Any ideas anyone?

Spybot 1.5 Will Not Open

I am having the same problem. Spybot 1.5 will not open. Tried to download your fix - get 404 error message. Many thanks in advance for any advice.
