Win32:Downloader.Gen

Hello greetings. I'm new here on the forum. I had spybot 1.6.2 that detected Win32: Downloader.Gen but could not remove. I searched the forum and saw that I had installed Spybot 2.2 and I did that and Win32: Downloader.Gen was moved to quarantine. Now when I turn on my pc this message is displayed as shown in the image.

I appreciate help in solving this problem.
