Access Violation

Hi
I'm trying to run a system scan and I get a box come up on the screen which won't be removed without I restart my PC.

It says " Access violation at address 307A2113 in module 'SDWelcome.exe'. Write of address 00000080."

Please can anyone help?

Sorry to hear of the problem, what is the operating system please.

Also which version, (1.6.2 or 2X) of Spybot do you have.

Odd, I just tried again today and it seems to be scanning ok. Sorry to have wasted your time.
