A bug?

Hi,

Ive come to the forum to ask for help. When I run a scan, only one item is identified. Ive uninstalled and installed two times. Ive followed the suggestions in frequently asked questions checking all recommended settings to be scanned

Any suggestions as to why this is happening and what to do about it.

In the past when I scanned, 1-20 items came up as problems to be fixed. Now only one comes up as a problem to be fixed. Sorry I cannot identify it precisely it is named Media....

Does this explain more fully?

Is it "RightMedia"? In that case it is merely tracking cookies.
sjohn1, what version of Spybot-Search&Destroy are you running (Help>About)?

Yes it is Right Media.

I have the most recent version of S & D Reinstalled it yesterday.

Hm, if it is indeed "RightMedia", then it shouldn't be any problems removing it.

Did you have your browsers open?
What browsers do you primarily use? Can you manually clear all the cookies from the browsers?
