hi,
my xp sp2 pc keeps rebooting at random times! avg shows no issues, so I thought I would run Spybot however it runs starts to run the check and comes up with a number of access denied errors and a reference to kernel!!!
Any ideas? it never completes a scan because of the random reboots that happens not only when SB is running! I have also tried running SB in Safe mode with the same result.
How can I tell SB to scan exclusively at boot up like it does when it can’t remove something?
