Delete threat in startup

Can anyone help me delete one entry in startup without deleting all entries. I tried highlighting one item and pressed delete but it acted as if I was going to delete all checked items. Do I uncheck everything and check that one item I want to delete?

No,you don't have to uncheck everything.Even though the confirmation message does say entries,it will just remove the entries you highlighted.If you only highlighted one,that's all that will be deleted.

Do you mind me asking what startup entry you're deleting?
