Help my homepage has been hijacked!!

I need some help apparently my home page has been hijacked (per McAfee), they refered me here. I have used and updated spybot search and destroy but now I have a different problem. Also, I cannot access my email account from my homepage. But I can access my husbands through outlook express. Can any one help me get control over my pc again?

I followed the steps provided and posted under the Malware forum. Now what do I do?

My homepage is highjacked!!

I followed through with the directions given and don't know what to do now. Sorry if I am not suppose to post again here. I did as I was advised and posted under the Malware removal forum. If anything else is needed to be done let me know. Thank You very much for the help!!!!
