After installing the new version of spybot 2.5.42 (the pre windows 10) on my windows 7 64 bit the hosts file is empty?
Must say that I emptied it before, because of a redirecting problem.
The file is there but perhaps no more in use?
I do have a backup.
Ok now the hosts file is changed contains about 440 kb don't know why?
I'm using Zonealarm.
But still get the message immunisation incomplete.
Don't understand what I should do with Zonealarm settings? to prevent writing to the Hosts file, or whatever blocks complete immunisation issues? I have some 193 left still unprotected????
