Ok, the only thing I notice thats happening still is that sometimes it freezes on the start-up screen when its blue and says "Windows Starting Up"
ieframe.dll not a valid windows image AND some other stuff

First to see how much memory you have, click Start>>Control Panel. Double- click System.
On the General tab, total memory will be listed near the bottom.
Now enlarge the area set aside for virtual memory. To do that, click Start>>Control Panel. Double-click System.
Select the Advanced tab. Under Performance, click Settings. Select the Advanced tab.
Find Virtual Memory at the bottom of the window, and click Change.
Click the option button next to "Custom Size."
Increase it to atleast 1.5 times your memory size. I belive that you can double what you have with out any trouble that may help.

Well, three days and no problems. Everything seems to be running fine now and I haven't had a frozen start-up screen since Sunday. Thanks for your help.
