Is JDownloader dangerous? Why?

Hello

I use regularly Spybot-S&D.
Each time it finds JDownloader.
I use JDownloader to download tv-serials.
Why is JDownloader dangerous for me?

Description:
JDownloader is an adware download client which tries to bait users to install it by pretending to be a downloader for a possibly wanted file. During install it tries to install adware toolbars like Babylon.

The JDownloader ZIP version without Installer doesn't install adware.

So this is just an installer problem and not a JDownloader problem.
