Lots of virtumonde trojans that won't go away

Spybot has found 4 types of virtumonde trojans (virtumonde, virtumonde.generic, virtumonde.prx, and virtumonde.sci) along with Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.FirewallBypass (I did not turn off the firewall or automatic updates, the malware did). Also, my internet browser (firefox) keeps getting these unwanted pop-ups, even though they are not related to the page I am viewing. AVG detected some trojans as well.

I think this requires professional help to fix. LMK what to do first.
