Need help to remove Fraud.SpywareGuard2008

Please I'm a beginner in all this and I need step by step help.

I checked for problems on my Spybot and it detected Fraud.SpywareGuard2008
I have tried to fix the problem through Spybot but it would not remove or fix it. It says that some files may still be in use (in memory), and this could be fixed after a restart.
Unfortunately, restarting the computer does not work when I do this.

I would like help to remove this PROBLEM. :hair:
