sidestep + CDilla

In searching 'ignore products' I found sidestep checked.
Then in searching pups.sbi I found it agin along with CDilla.
Are these checked by default?
I know Mcafee's firewall + a/v are detected b/c they take over when installed so I just check them but the others I am not sure what to do about. Thank you
