Spybot Default Settings for CDilla?

As a new user to Spybot have gone through Settings and find that CDilla is ticked not to be checked.

Is this a default setting or should I uncheck the boxes and rerun Spybot?
 
When you first install Spybot-SD CDilla is checked by default. If I'm correct it is listed as PUP. Ignoring it or including it will be up to the user. I unticked it so Spybot scans for it, as I don't have CDilla on my PC.
