Hi new to the forums, but i'm not new to spybot. Been using the program for about 2 years now.
I currently work at a small computer repair shop and I use spybot on a day-to-day basis.
The problem i'm having is on one of the computers i'm tunin up was infected with Antivurus 1. from what i've been reading it's a rogue malware that acts as a security center and "scans" for you asking you to buy it.
I've got the fake antivirus removed using adaware, but i can't open Spybot or Malware bytes ( even other programs like smithfraud and combofix won't even open). I've searched all over and have yet to find any helpful information. If anyone is having the same problem, any information will be helpful
