TEN (10) Days and still no help! Why???

It has now been an additional ten -10- days since I posted to this "Reminder" site, and still no help. I see my original post has had 190 views yet ZIP. I do not know if it's being rude or not but I feel justified in asking why? Also fyi before I even posted for help I had made a donation, now wish I had waited. Also glad I didn't also purchase your Virus program; if this is indication of help?

Sorry but yes I am MAD! But giving a last chance before I post somewhere also.

Last or is it that I was to honest in my detailed post of what I did: Right or wrong, in your eyes, I was honest!!!

Sorry for the wait, however, this particular forum is manned by independent volunteers who give kindly of their time.

Volunteer resources are stretched at all malware removal forums, and we are seeing difficult infections which take longer to remove.

Please do remember the people assisting users in this forum are volunteers who give freely of their time. Not only do they have their own livelihood and families, many help people at several sites. In addition the expertize required in malware removal demands they spend time constantly updating their own knowledge, malware authors heat up the ante daily.

If you find yourself in the position of needing immediate assistance and cannot wait please take the machine to a local technician.

By the way, high view counts on a topic means little, members looking for similar problems will count as a view. Even people using search engines. It does not mean you have been ignored.
