I am just so oblivious to trying to get rid of this virus, I have tried everything, can someone please walk me through the entire removal. I got the whole shebang! The attack on the browser and the triangle! Thanks for any help

Please follow the following instructions -> "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D

So follow the instructions and post a HijackThis log to here
