You can remove Smitfraudfix from your computer, what is being identified is the tool, not malware, did you read this in the beginning?last KAV scan was clear and McAfee only appeared to detect files related to Smitfraud fix??

McAfee finds REBOOT.EXE as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) and it is part of Smitfraudfix, the program can not run without it.
